This week, I got to photograph Matthew and his mommy, Beth.  They both looked great in their sweaters and were picture perfect for fall photos!  

Matthew is a doll and quite the ham in front of the camera.  It was super easy taking his pictures and I had almost as fun as he did!

Today we celebrated Maddie and Bennett's birthdays.  We had 40 people here!  It was CRAZY!!  We rented a "giant brand new slide" from Will & Kris' Amusements.  Maddie was thrilled!  She was so excited to tell everyone about her new slide.  We later had to explain that it was only there for the day!  I think everyone had a blast on that slide.  It started out drizzling and finally the sun came through, but the kids could have cared less.  It could have been tornado weather and they would have still played on that slide and swingset.  

Bennett didn't tear into his cake like I thought he would, but he did enjoy it.  He loves playing with his new toys and Thomas the Train is quickly becoming a new favorite!

Maddie and Bennett got some great gifts!  We were so excited to see so many of their friends and family come by to celebrate their birthday.  Thank you so much for coming over to play with us!  We hope y'all had as much fun as we did!

Last Saturday, I had the privilege of photographing Laney (Sims) and Bo's wedding.  They got married at the beautiful Ryan Nicholas Inn, one of my favorite venues.  Everything was pefect.  The weather was a little chilly, but no rain, which I was so thankful for.  I was able to get some beautiful shots at night, something new I tried!

Congratulations on your marriage, Laney and Bo!  I hope you are having a great time on your honeymoon!

On Tuesday, Maddie, Bennett and I went with some of our best friends, Daphne, Nathan and Mallory, to Sky Top Orchard.  Sky Top is a quaint orchard with GORGEOUS scenery, apples of all kinds, animals, a bamboo forest, as well as amazing hot apple cider and doughnuts!  

We got there pretty early and had a blast picking apples, eating and playing.  I'm not sure who had more fun, Daphne and I or the kids!  If you are looking for something fun to do with  your kids or maybe even a creative date, check out Sky Top.

Last Saturday, I had the privelege of photographing Lynn (Lewis) and Emory's wedding.  It was a gorgeous day and they were both so sweet to work with.  Lynn looked beautiful in her gown and Emory was quite handsome in his tux!  They were surrounded by their families and it was such a sweet time.  You can tell that they are head over heels in love with each other!  And you should see the way Lynn lights up when Emory makes her laugh!  It is precious!
