Meet Cayce and Blair.  They are one of my couples who will be getting married this November.  We met early this morning, before it got too terribly hot, to take these fun pictures at my secret barn.  They were such troopers climbing over fences and going places where we weren't sure were completely safe!  It was well worth the effort, on my part and theirs!

Meet Jamie and Josh.  They were married last Saturday at the Acanthus on Lake Lyman.  What a beautiful location!  Everything was just beautiful.  Especially Jamie.  She and Josh have been so much fun to get to know.  They have been together for nine years!  Can you believe that?  Completely amazing!  They were so sweet together and it was so obvious how in love that they are.

Last weekend, I had the privilege of photographing Elaine and Chris' wedding.  This was my very first Greek wedding and I had a blast! I loved watching all of the traditions and experiencing a new culture.  The food at the reception was AMAZING!  

Elaine and Chris were so sweet!  They let me take so many fun shots and I had such a beautiful background to work with so my job was very easy.  Plus, Elaine and Chris are a striking couple so I got some amazing pictures.

Two weeks ago, we went to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for our family vacation.  It was a working vacation for me, but we had a blast!  I could use some more rest, but wouldn't trade it for all of the great pictures I got of everyone!  

My friend, Marian, took our pictures and did a great job.  I "tried" to take pictures of my wonderful children, and this was the result.

You just have to love it when your kids won't do what you want them to do.  I guess this is a foreshadowing of things to come! 

I did finally get a shot, though it had to have some photoshop work done to it, and I think it turned out pretty cute.  

Bennett busted his lip twice while we were there, so that is the reason for the red swollen lip!

I just love this picture of Maddie.  She learned to swim while we were there and was so proud of herself, almost as much as I was!  This just captured her pure joy of being at the beach.

Although I would LOVE to still be at the beach, I love being home too.  There's just something about sleeping in your own bed that is comforting.

Meet Luke and Madison.  They are the precious 7 week old twins of Jonathan and Natalie Clayton.  Jonathan and Natalie are one of my former couples whom I adore.  So, when I found out they were expecting, I was so happy for them!  And let me just tell you, they make beautiful babies!  The twins did great for our shoot and I just loved watching Jonathan and Natalie take care of them.  They were pros, already!  I was so impressed by how calm they both were and how they took everything in stride.  I am so proud of both of you!  I don't think I did this good with just one child, let alone two!!!

Congratulations!  I am so happy for both of you.  Luke and Madison are so lucky to have you as their parents!  Enjoy this time, because it goes by so quickly!  Love y'all!
